1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The product is in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or used haircare products.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

  • Opened or used haircare products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

Include your order number, product details, and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Rejected returns (due to non-compliance with our policy) will not be refunded and may be sent back at your expense.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please contact us before returning the product.
